I know that London or most of it has been known for its greenery, but I was overwhelmed with the amount of green shown. We are so lucky to live in such a wonderfully beautiful country. Trees are all too easy to overlook and long may this one continue to add to London’s history.
The trees in Leicester square themselves have a surprising history…they were to have been cut down but were saved thanks to a vigorously fought legal battle long ago. Read all about in the famous case of Tulk v Moxhay!
